  5. JURISDICTION: 400 The kind of court system we have in the United States; the two court systems involved in this system.

  6. COURT CASES: 100 Separate but equal was ruled perfectly acceptable after this Supreme Court case.

  7. COURT CASES: 200 Separate but equal was ruled inherently unequal as a result of this Supreme Court case.
