Sonuç • SET gerçeğinde avantajlarıda dikkate alındığında mild protokoller günlük pratikte ağırlık kazanacaktır. • Letrazol + Endomethasin protokolü bu anlamda oldukça başarı vaad eden, kolay ve ekonomik bir tedavi modelidir. • Özellikle strese bağlı tedaviye devam etmeme probleminin aşılmasında faydalıdır. • Hastaya IVF in tek siklus değil bir tedaviler grubu olacağının ve asıl olanın kümülatif gebelik oranı olduğunun kavratılması lazımdır.
