  2. Why "Move for Health" • Physical inactivity chronic diseases, (1.9 million deaths globally) • 30 minutes of regular, moderate-intensity physical activity 5 days per week (World Health organization, WHO)

  3. Insufficient physical activity in Taiwan （DepartmentofHealth,ExecutiveYuan,Taiwan,2007） PA in childhood predicts participation in adulthood.
