Campaign Elements • Web banner on U of G homepage/ news item- Oct 1 • Courselink courses live- Oct 1 along with news item (Student course & Staff/Faculty course) • CCS News story- Oct 1 • Banner in the University Centre – Oct 3 • Fridge magnets distributed to residence students & to distribute to anyone who asks a question at the IT Help Desk

  4. Campaign Elements • Advertisements in Ontarion – month of October • Door hangers distributed for faculty and staff • Rebecca updates Audit Committee – Oct 7 • Student Affairs E-Newsletter distribution – Week of Oct 7 • Managed Desktops to highlight campaign in client email
