    8. 18 people from top management have been trained by the team under Certified Energy Auditor program 5 -12 % saving is being achieved as per APTMA reports Replication of best practices of spinning sector Walk through Energy audit in 13 steel re-rolling industry of Islamabad, Approximately 5 – 15 % saving Re-establishing NPO sub office IPC in industrial hub Faisalabad, which is facilitating to counter check the energy audit activities and establish Karachi office Past Achievements

    13. Potential of saving Approximately 89,216 kwh/month is anticipated in each mill i.e. 713,727 Rs/month 1,070,590 Kwh/Year estimated cost saving in Rs 8,564,720 /Year Potential of saving depicts upon the one year payback period Average Potential of saving with investment

Current Activities (On Going Projects) Successfully conducted 7 Energy Conservation Trainings at Lahore, Hyderabad, Quetta, Multan, Bahawalpur, Muzaffargarh, Sargodha and Faisalabad and more trainings to be conducted in other 03 cities of Pakistan under ENERCON’s TMAC (Training & Mass Awareness Campaign) Project NPO is conducting EE Audits of Public Sector Buildings (Prime Minister Secretariat, 8 Blocks of Pak Secretariat and Peshawar University) under ENERCON’s Project NPO is developing Industrial Sector Management Information system (MIS) for ENERCON by collecting energy consumption data from more than 100 industries under ENERCON’s Project ACE

Energy Auditing process is still in progress Along with energy auditing, awareness sessions are being conducted Energy Audit follow-up process is now in progress Walk through EEA & data collection of 11 units in foundry for Process improvement ( Best Practices) Qadri Brothers, Ravi autos, Matchless, New Rehman Foundry, Hitech, Gohar industries, Excel, International fabrication company, PITAC have been completed in first phase, for a model company Current Activities (On Going Projects)
