Outcomes • To improve adolescent health through coordinated approaches to school-based HIV/STD and pregnancy prevention education and creating safe and supportive learning environments. • To prevent and reduce the risk factors associated with childhood obesity, while implementing strategies to improve management and care of students with chronic health conditions.
