  2. When you decide to cancel your Amazon Prime membership or even to cancel your free trial, you have to take a few steps. First, you need to login into your Amazon account and go to Settings. Then go to Manage your prime membership and click End membership if you want to cancel a paid membership or choose Do not continue if you want to cancel a free trial.– Amazon Prime Membership – Login – End MembershipIf you had a Prime Membership but you haven’t used any of the Amazon Prime benefits like Prime Video, Prime Music, One-day delivery and the Kindle Owners Lending Library, then you will be eligible for a full refund.– Amazon Free Trial – Login – Do not continueIf you choose not to continue with your Amazon Prime after the Free trial, then choose Do not continue link and you will receive the free benefits until the end of the free period. After that period, your membership will be cancelled and you won’t be charged. If you decide later to continue your membership, you will find the Continue membership button.
