  4. 課程初選 Course Pre-Selection • 學生入學後的每個學期末，大約在第16週時，課程初選系統將會開放學生做新學期的選課。 In the end of every semester which is around week 16th, Course Pre-Selection system will open for choosing the courses of the coming semester.

  5. 課程初選 Course Pre-Selection • 課程初選系統有中英文2種版面，中文版需從[校園入口網站]登入操作。 http://portal.ntut.edu.tw/Portal/login.htm There are both Chinese and English version of Course Pre-Selection system. For the Chinese version must login through [NTUT Portal Site]. http://portal.ntut.edu.tw/Portal/login.htm

  13. 課程初選 Course Pre-Selection • 使用課程初選系統前，必須先完成網路教學評量 [On-line Teaching EvaluationQuestionnaire System]must be finished first, then log in the course pre-selection system.

  18. 課程加退選Course Add/Drop system • 新學期開學後約二週內可登入系統做加退選 When the new semester commences, Course Add/Drop system will open for about two weeks.

  25. 課程加退選 Course Add/Drop System • 第五步/Step 5. Key in the number of the courses that you want to add Add courses Drop courses Tick the courses that you want to drop Submit Reset

  26. 課程加退選 Course Add/Drop System • 第六步/Step 6. 1. 送出後，請於欄位中填入個人手機號碼，確認無誤後請根據指示列印。 After you clicked “submit”, please key in your cell phone number or the system can not generate the list.

  27. 課程加退選 Course Add/Drop System 2.等清單上所有授課老師都簽名後，請至系辦核章再繳回教務處課務組 Please go to the classes to ask the professors to sign on the paper, after get all the signatures please go to the office of the department to get the verified stamp.

  28. 課程加退選 Course Add/Drop System • 不會使用中文版系統的學生可至國際事務處索取英文版加退選申請表 For students who cannot use Chinese system can come to Office of International Affairs to get the [Course Add/Drop application form](English Version).

  29. 重要事項 Attention 請於課程加退選結束後次週(即第三週)，自行登入入口網站確認最新個人課表，若發現資料無更新，請到教務處課務組確認。 Please confirm your timetable via NTUT NET OFFICE at Week 3rd , if it doesn’t show the latest timetable please go to Office of Academic Affairs.

  31. 課程撤選 Course Withdraw System • 新學期開學後大約第五週起即可登入系統做撤選，課程撤選記錄將顯示在成績單上。 Around week 5th,Course Withdraw system will openand the courses which had been withdrawal will have remarks show on the transcript.

  38. 課程撤選 Course Withdraw System • 第四步/Step 4. 頁面會顯示個人當學期之課表清單，勾選個人要撤選之課程後，依說明進行後續流程，列印出來後依規定辦理完畢後即可繳回 Then the personal timetable will be shown on the web, students only need to click the name of the course which you want to withdraw and print out then follow the routine procedures.
