Vokihttp://www.voki.com/ - Using Voki, your students can create customized avatars. - Students can add voice via phone, microphone, text to speech or upload a file. - Vokis can be posted to any blog, website, or profile. Dipityhttp://www.dipity.com/ • Students can use information from the internet and their own research to create a timeline that uses text, images, videos, and more • Dipity is free (you can create up to three timelines) and only requires an email address (which can be made by the teacher to sign up) • Teachers can configure student’s accounts to determine who can view their timelines, who can contribute to them, and who can edit them – great for group work! • Final products using Dipity can be presented in a variety of formats: Timeline, Flipbook, List Waysteachers have used Dipity: English Language Arts – Can be used to track the events of a novel, or to follow the books which your students have read or are reading. Foreign Languages and Cultures –  Can be used to follow the history of different cultural influences with in the world Mathematics - A math classroom can incorporate Dipity to help show how different discoveries in mathematics have helped to bring math to what it is today. Science – Can be used to follow changes in technology throughout history to update science, and can also be used to follow updates in science classroom instructions. Social Studies – Can use Dipity to follow major events of history; there is also a map feature which allows people to view the events from the locations which they took place.
