  2. SEE Europe issues (I) • SEE Europe issues gathered during EGEE SEE kick off meeting held in Athens on the 7th and 8th activity: • Produce a new EGEE map with all countries! Cyprus-Israel included • Contract amendment: • CLPP-BAS – Bulgaria: • Name change: CLPP to be replaced by IPP • Update of the CPF: Ivan Lirkov to be replaced by Emanuel Atanassov • ICI- Romania: • Third parties: ready to include them • TAU-Israel: • Participation of Israeli Academic Grid (IAG) as a Third party • Clarify the requirements for Unfunded partners – Sign CA? • Investigate the “receipts” issue – used as matching funds?? • Subcontracting small amounts without a tender? SEE Europe issues (II) • Further issues: • Publish the final contract package with all latest versions (zip file) • Get a copy of the signed contract • Investigate whether CERN plans to circulate the signed consortium agreement with all signatures certified copies to each fed? • Participation of partners in activities where they are not involved • SEE: e.g. application interfacing, middleware, JRA3 relationship and contributions (participation meaning mailing lists, meetings, etc.) • Some activities are quite close like NA2-NA3-NA4 • Check possibility of costs shifting between activities of the same or different category (in FP5 this was allowed) • Confirm whether NA2-NA5 will be charged under specific column in form C of cost statement entitled: • Other specific activities: Coordination / Networking • EU feedback retention (ceiling)? – No retention (20%) • Issues about the unfunded effort of AC partners Athens, 7-8th April - 3
