FCA umpiring • Stop • Bullying on field by issuing yellow/red cards • Players rushing to umpires – penalize teams for such behavior including reduction in overs and yellow card/red card for the team • Stop coming late • Stop bringing in issues after submitting umpire reports FCA 2008 EC - Krishna Venkatrama
