Themes for 2.0.0.1 • We are one team • Communicate, communicate, communicate • Talk to each other • Be tolerant of different communication styles • Sustainable pace • Realistic estimates, realistic plan, execute to plan • Don’t take on additional tasks without talking to Cindy and Karen first (before you commit) • Done, done, done • What does done mean? • Complete all aspects of a task: • RQM – points, test execution records • Communicate the completion – email, update the workitem, Assessment report • Analysis • Posting results • Clean up the machine • Practice the process

  5. 2.0.0.1 Purpose and Schedule • This plan is for a minor release of Rational Team Concert. • The primary focus of this release is to: • enable sales accelerators • continued enterprise deployments of Rational Team Concert by enhancing performance and scalability

Process • Analyze content • Plan DCP, Plan Items, Enhancements/Features/Defects • Integration Points, Co-existence • Consumabilty • Green Threads • Communicate • Planning • CTP • Using RQM • Test prep tasks • Test plans, test cases – using templates • Test case review/approval – use RQM • Consumability worksheet • Communicate
