  2. Involving students in reading different sorts of books is very essential for their knowledge growth. To encourage this, most of the schools have separate libraries and some schools also have in-class libraries. INTRODUCTION

  3. Identify the perfect flow - Imagine yourself how the students will move through to search the book. Arrange books that could be accessible on both sides of the shelves. • Display featured titles clearly - Always keep the books that catch the eyes of the student. Seasonal and popular books gain the attention of the students and also keep the walls decorated with book names and important quotes.

  4. Arrange fiction and non-fiction books separately - You have to differentiate the arrangement of books by providing labels or different colours given to shelves which makes easier to identify books. • Get wish list from students - Ask the students about their books of the wish list and if the wish list suits the school criteria then the librarian can update with the new collection of books. 

  5. Categorize books to assist student’s choice - Divide the books and arrange them in different genre based on series, topic, edition, author etc. Also, use the bin labels to find out the right books in a short time. • Book collections with best titles - Ensure that the books available in the library is relevant to the topics with the latest editions and right titles.

  6. Update collections of books - Have a time gap to fill the school library with new books on a regular basis, so that students could get to read the collection of new books. • Include audiobooks - Audiobooks is one of the great idea that makes the kids excited to listen to the various topic because most of the smaller kids hesitate to read books. 

  7. Ensure internet connection - Schools must provide internet facilities in the library so that the topics related to journals and articles, students could able to utilize the internet togain knowledge by getting the required collections. • Create a separate place for damaged books - Usually, students will return the book in good conditions, but in case any damage happen to book and make the student submit that damaged books on another self-allocated to repair the books, so that once the book is packed perfectly, it will be placed in the original place.
