  2. Ibn Battuta • Ibn Battuta was born in 1304 in Morocco. He didn’t have any family and he was separated.

  3. How he became famous Ibn Battuta became famous by going to new country's he never been to, and exploring how people live in this country and what is their cultures.

  4. His first trip • In 1325 Ibn Battuta went to Mecca and he was 22 years old. When he was going their he passed lots of country’s like Tunis, Libya, and • Egypt, after Mecca he went to Iraq, Iran, and Al Anodal, and then he came back to Mecca • and stayed there 2 years. • Here's a picture of the • Middle east.

  5. His second trip In 1350 he went with Sultan Salah Al-Deen Al-Ayoobi to get the Makdis back. The Makdis is the place where the muslims pray. It was with the Europeans so Al-Ayoobi and Ibn Battuta got it back because he had a big army and Europeans. didn’t..

  6. His last trip In 1353 Ibn Battuta went to a country called Sudan and its in Africa. This journey took 3 years, then he came back to his country. Ibn Battuta gathered all his books and diary's that he was writing in his journeys. This is one of Ibn Battuta’s books.

  8. Causation: • It caused people to know each other’s cultures and how they livein their countries. Now if every body knows other peoples things and what they do in their countries.

  9. Change: It changed the world because Ibn Battuta went from a place to another and saw what they do, and tried to live how the people lived and now we know how the others live.

  10. Perspective: • People think it’s a good Idea to know other people’s cultures. Now you don’t have to go to another countryTo find out how they live Ibn Battuta already showed and told us.
