  3. New Construction Inspection This inspection is an objective evaluation of the physical structure of the home along with a functional check of all its major systems and appliances. It is done in three phases: Slab and foundation inspection Framed pre-drywall inspection Finished product inspection.

This inspection is becoming more common due to the fact that often you won’t close on a new home for several weeks, or sometime months, after the initial inspection.  It has been designed to help reacquaint you with your new home, and to verify that no major changes have occurred.
