  9. COMMONALITIES Reporting requirements – Usually before release from incarceration or placement on supervision

  10. COMMONALITIES Registration information – Can include complete name; aliases; SSN; age; race; DOB; hair & eye color; fingerprints; photograph; residence; employer’s name, address & phone number; vehicle make, description & plate number; driver’s license number.

  11. COMMONALITIES Annual re-registration – Photographed & fingerprinted. More frequent re-registration for predators/violent offenders

  12. COMMONALITIES Release from registration requirements – Five to 10 years after conviction if complies with all registration requirements. No release for some violent offenders.

  13. COMMONALITIES Living restrictions – 500 ft. to 1,000 ft. from schools, school bus stops, day care facilities, places where children congregate.
