  3. In the Beginning • Began as a native Android and iOS app • Development stalled • Stopped all native app production and began work on a web app • The large team was split into many smaller teams

  4. Advantages – Team Size • From 17 members to 4 • Communication benefited greatly from this shift and the required daily updates • Allowed for some members to focus on design and documentation

  5. Advantages - Tools Intuitive and familiar tools were used to develop the web app • Code Igniter • Twitter Bootstrap
