  5. The Process • Customer would like to get a quote • System performs immediate, precise Health Check on the phone: • Make & model; Battery status; Battery charging; Storage space; Rooted (for Android) • Accurate offer generated according health check results • Price shows on screen

  6. Acceptance + Wipe • Customer accepts offer • Wipe is offered to the customer • On completion a voucher will be printed
