Rate of interest in August, 06 was 8.5% compared to 11% in August, 2007.2. Cost of funds per Kgs of foam decreased in August, 07 due to higher foam production. The interest paid to the bank was lower compare to July, 07. The decrease is offset by increase in the interest paid to distributors.

  5. 3. Payment to suppliers on due date All payments have been made on due date.

ACTIVITY PERFORMED IN AUG. 07 • We have received Rs. 1,95,000/- from Central Bank of India for charge wrongly. • Renewed the insurance policy of Hyderabad Unit. • Renewed the insurance policy of Directors. • Quarterly returns of actual current assets and current liabilities for the period June, 2007 has been submitted to the bank as per the due date. • Opened the corporate salary account of the new joinees. • Inputs given to HR Deptt. for training need identification.

  7. STATUS OF CREDITORS • Reconciliation status as on 30.06.07 : • GNFC and Dow Chemicals are reconciled upto 31.03.2007. • Manali Petrochemicals is reconciled upto 30.06.2007. • Balance Confirmation as on 31.03.07: All units have sent the balance confirmation letter against which we have received back 55% from them.

  8. ACTIVITY FOR THE MONTH OF SEPT, 07 • Follow up of our request for reduction of interest rate with Central Bank of India. • Follow up with FCNRB application of necessary sanction. • To evaluate the investment proposal for the purpose of generating return higher then cost of funds. • We have to take insurance policy of Kalamb Unit after consultation with Mr. Arvind Kumar. • To review the insurance policy of Greater Noida Unit for any addition of the assets.
