  1. How Aviation Welding Is Different

  2. Aviation welding is different from other types of welding because it has to deal with just aircrafts. The stakes in the air are higher and extreme as compared to welding other types of machinery that runs on the road or works in the industrial plants. An aircraft needs nothing less than perfect welding jobs to ensure safety in the air. Introduction

  3. An aviation welding process has to ensure the welded joints are stable and strong enough to withstand the high speeds of an aircraft. This speed requires much more strength and durability to keep the aircraft safe and keep the flight stable and comfortable. Deals with high speed

  4. It’s not only the high speed an aviation welder has to deal with but also the turbulence involved in the flight of an aircraft. The joints and cracks need to be dealt with perfect and strong enough welding process to enable them to face the turbulence. Has to face turbulence

  5. Heat is also a serious factor An aircraft exhaust system and other components also have to deal with severe heat. An aircraft’s engine produces so much heat that it can weaken the metal components of the exhaust system, with time. The wear and tear requires perfect and timely welding.

  6. For aviation welders, there is no room for error. If there is even the slightest crack left unwelded, it can turn into a big hole during the flight. It can cause a horrific accident. Aviation welders can’t be ignorant for even a single second. No room for error
