BAHAN : • 300 gram cingur (tulangrawanhidungsapi) ataukikil • 50 gram tauge • 100 gram kacangpanjang, potong-potong • 1 ikatkecilkangkung, ambildaunnya • 100 gram tempe, goreng • 100 gram tahu, goreng • 200 gram petisudang • 10 buahcabairawit (sesuaiselera) • 2 sdmkacangtanahgoreng • 1 buahpisangbatu, parutkasar • 1 sdtasam • 75 ml air matang

  3. Alatnya : • Cobek • Panci • pisau • Sendok

  4. Cara membuat: • rebus cingurataukikil, lalupotongdadu. Rebus tauge, kacangpanjang, dankangkung. Potong-potongtempedantahugoreng. Sisihkan. • haluskanpetis, cabairawit, dankacangtanah. Masukkanparutanpisangbatu, asam, dan air matang, haluskankembali. • campurbumburujakpetisdengancingur, sayuran, tempe, dantahu, aduk rata. Hidangkanrujakcingurdengannasiataulontong.
