    3. 3 Background Confirmed via NDIA CBM+/EHM Findings (Feb 2009) A common vision of CBM+ is shared across Government, industry and academia Progress towards achieving this vision has been less than effective Transition of these decision support technologies and solutions has been minimal Therefore--the associated benefits to readiness and affordability have not been fully realized! US Army (Dussault) and Marines (Morrin) have implemented some solutions that are effective and address a subset of the total EHM vision.
