  1. England - 2002 / School Trip JANA CHOCHOLOVÁ (future student of freshman grade)

  2. I were on a ten-day trip to England. It was spring even in England where the weather is not usually friendly. This trip was not educational so I unfortunately do not get familiar with the English educational system but instead of it I could see many other things I would like to mention:

  3. ENGLISH SENSE FOR ORDER We stayed in a host family in the part of London. I dont know if it is the same in all households but in the house of our family there was a real mess. Very big mess. It was too much even for me! Everywhere there was human hair, cat hair… Their bathroom was the worst one. They have probably never cleaned the mirror. In the bath there was something like a rubber mat. The rubber mat was completely moldy. And another special thing concerning English households: They save space too much. You cannot find any empty corner in their house. There are a lot of unnecessary things everywhere. We have junk like that at the attic. The household in England impressed me like this: English = pigs.

  4. English Food • Probably most of you know what is served in England for breakfast: toast, corn, Nuttela, jam, butter, milk, cheese, ham… We got our lunch in a bag containing usually stuffed rolls - sometimes  eatable, sometimes not. And a biscuit and a bottle of water.  Sometimes this lunch was eaten up by pigeons. Dinners were hot as in my country. Mostly spaghetti, pizza, baked potatoes with chicken or turkey meat. But what was the worst – we ate on a dusty table and next to our plates there was shimmering an ugly cat. You know, I hate cats.

  5. London And London itself? To write that there is the Big Ben ... is unnecessary, but I have to write that that London is a real beautiful city . Thanks to sport I travel a lot in Europe and London can appreciate the bueutz of London. I was the most attracted by Trafalgar Square. There are pigeons really anywhere. They occupy even yourself with your roll.  And trust me, a pigeon in dozen on your hand is a pretty heavy thing.

  6. London Next I was amazed at the museum Madame Tussaud `s. It was really spectacular. It even happened to me that I touched one man thinking that he was a politician and he suddenly moved himself. He was a tourist like me. It just shows that the dummy there are really very good. • I was also attracted by the London cops who have no weapons.

  7. I also visited Stratford -Shakespeare's birth house. Taking Picture is not allowed there but I did. Oxford – the city of studies  where I had delicious salad with chicken meat. A lot of other places… Other Cities

  8. The English What I like most  is that  the English are conservative. You know, they live their own lives. They have their own rules and they are not going to change them.

  9. Finally - I liked England very much and Itis certainly one of the countries I would like to see again.
