Mendoza, • Work Location: B-3400 • Description of Recognition: This is a “Positive Recognition” FTO 2014 “Miken Scaffold Night Crew” The “Miken Scaffold” team listed was very easy to work with. Everyone had a professional attitude and willingness to work with all involved in the FTO turnaround. It was a great experience getting to work with such a good group not only was the attitudes great, they were very responsive as a team to the turnaround needs. This team was flexible and able to execute all scaffold builds, modification and tear downs in a very responsive manner without any incidents or injuries and their efforts are greatly appreciated by the TXO Turnaround Team and all others involved.
