  2. MAKE ROOM FOR YOUR ANXIETY We often sweat, tremble, blush in social situations. Try and calm yourself down by practicing mindfulness - learn to sit with anxiety provoking thoughts and eventually let their power over you diminish.

  3. REFRAME YOUR THOUGHTS Identify and then reframe the anxiety-provoking incidents by asking questions like : What would we tell a friend in a similar situation? What evidence do we have that the situation did not go well? What are the things which went OK? Challenging the thought with evidence! It is also called Cognitive Restructuring.
