  2. Flora 1.LA VEGETACIÓ A CATALUNYA VEGETACIÓ DE LES TERRES BAIXES Creix fins als 700 metres. Adaptada al clima calorós i séc. Els arbres són de fulla perenne .VEGETACIÓ DE MUNTANYA Vegetació varia entre les zones més baixes de la muntanya i la vegetació dels cims més alts. 2.LA VEGETACIÓ DE LES TERRES BAIXES AL LITORAL: Al nord: Boscos d’alzines Pi blanc i pi pinyoner. Alzines sureres. Al sud: - Formacions de matoll com el llentiscle, el margalló i el coscoll. A L’INTERIOR: Boscos van desaparèixer perquè hi plou poc i fa més calor. Abunda la màquia o garriga formada per margalló, llentiscle i garric. Arbustos com la farigola i el romaní. Alzina surera Pi blanc

  4. FAUNA DE CATALUNYA 1.La fauna de les muntanyes . Als pirineus: És força abundant . Animals adaptats al fred i la neu com isards , llúdries o gats salvatges. També ocells com el gall salvatge, les àguiles, el trencalòs i el pigot negre. Altres zones muntanyoses. Trobem senglars, guineus, conills, esquirols… També ocells com falcons mussols i òlibes.
