  1. HiRadMat WG 2&3 team meeting Agenda • Activities for next weeks + perturbations • TNC cleaning • Beam line removal • TCX block removal • Survey reference points

TNC cleaning : status • Visual inspection OK • Smear tests taken where contamination was the highest: reduction by a 10 factor (all smear tests < contamination level) • Endelleft on last Tuesday after equipment decontamination + RP checks • Dosimetry below estimates (collective dose 2.2 mSv where 3.2 was estimated)

  3. Beam line removal DIMR completed: https://edms.cern.ch/document/1058846/1 Work in 5 phases: 1- Equipment located between 2 fences  DONE 2- Equipment ready for move in front of T9 (1 magnet + blocks)  DONE 3- Prepare remaining equipment in front of T9 (vacuum disconnection) 4- Remove remaining equipment in front of T9 5- Remove 2 monitors at the end of TNC (4 blocks to be moved)
