  4. Goal Setting and the Three Golden Rules • Give yourself deadline • Get specific • Make your goals measurable • Deadlines are critical to goals. They enable you to create an action plan, and sub-goals. • “Figure out what you want. I don’t mean generally… specifically. Super specifically. And then go do it. That’s my motto.” -- Jack Black 3 Having measurable goals means that you know when you’re finished.

People are capable of achieving amazing things when they believe they can. The Bottom Line with obstacles is: YOU CAN HANDLE THEM!!!

  11. Overcoming Doubt and Fear • Although fear can feel and appear to be very real, the reality is that fear is generated in our minds, based on how we choose to view our situations. Because of this, you can train your mind to overcome doubts and fear.
