The use of prognostic indices • FLIPI is a static measure which relates to populations at risk • Fulfilling criteria for therapy (Watch and Wait) is a dynamic measure which relates to individual patients at a particular point in time • GEP reflects the biology of the tumour or its microenvironment at diagnosis • Can we combine these measures to predict requirement for therapy and decide on which therapy required
