Most fellowships and grants are secured through academic departments or schools, or outside agencies or governments. Planning for Your Educational Expenses Some graduate students at Blue Sky University need help to pay for their educational expenses. Sources of funding range from government agencies, employers and foundations to academic departments and schools. Financial assistance can be divided into three broad categories: 1. Grants, Scholarships and Fellowships — “Free money” that does not need to be repaid upon completion of enrollment.2. Loans — Funds advanced to you by a governmental or private lender, to be repaid (or possibly forgiven) after graduation.3. Earnings — Wages paid for research, teaching or other work performed during enrollment.

School of Political Science and Public Administration Mission Statement The B-Sky U School of Political Science and Public Administration’s Mission is “to serve the global, national, state and local community by providing teaching, research, and service.” Specifically, In its teaching mission, the School is committed to the liberal arts mission of the university and strives to develop students’ communication skills and critical and independent thinking. In its research mission, the School produces basic research to understand the functioning of the public sector, the role of citizens, and the relationship between the public and private sectors in society.

MBA in Financial Management The Master of Business Administration with a Major in Financial Management is a joint program offered by the Institute of Finance and Economics in Ulaanbaatar and Blue Sky University. The Institute of Finance and Economics was founded in 1924 and now one of the largest academic organizations in Mongolia. It has received accreditation from the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) in recognition of the excellence of their academic programs. Based in the U.S., The Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs is a premier international accreditation body for business programs as recognized by the U.S. Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA).
