The Checker 200 Series • 24 VDC • USB 2.0 (1.1 Compatible) • Industrial I/O • Opto-Isolated, protected from short circuit, - and reverse polarity • Can be wired either NPN or PNP • Encoder based part tracking • Encoder input (Differential and Open Collector Quadrature Encoder) • Supports up to 8 outputs (with optional IO Box) • IP67, Quick Disconnect M12 Connectors

Checker 200 Series Models • Checker 201 • Detection and Inspection • Encoder Input • Checker 202 • Includes everything in Checker 201, plus Ladder Logic • Adds simple to use ladder logic for custom configuration of inspection sensors • Ladder logic provides flexibility to solve many more applications: • Sorting • Applications that need an “OR” • Part is good if a label is on top OR on bottom • Tie inspection sensors directly to outputs

New Features in the Checker 200 Series Software: • Run Mode Image Display • User selects the types of images to display • Ability to automatically “Freeze” image display • Able to change recording type in Run Mode • New filmstrip capability – Snapshot recording • Longer filmstrip recordings in Setup Mode • Faster upload of recorded images (with USB 2.0)

  8. New Features in the Checker 200 Series Compared to the Checker 101 and 101E Software: • Ladder Logic for custom results (Checker 202 only) • Improved contrast sensor • Monitor I/O status • Ability to get an output with an External Trigger if the Part Finding Sensor Fails
