Driskell and the working relationship between painters and printmakers by Prof. Curlee Holton, UMCP Mosely Gallery 4:00 – 6:00 Opening Reception of Exhibition African American Art from the David C. Driskell Center. Refreshments provided by Princess Anne chapter of the Links, Inc. Mosely Gallery Feb. 25 3:00 Gallery talk by UMCP Professor Emeritus David. C. HONORS PROGRAM EXTERNAL REVIEW 2-3 student ambassadors needed to usher Dr. Lanier to various meetings. 10-12 others needed to provide student perspective on honors education at UMES during a round table discussion. To help, email Dr. Lane: melane@umes.edu 05 – 07 March 2014 Veteran honors Dean and former NCHC President, Dr. Greg Lanier, from UWF will visit UMES to perform a comprehensive review of our program.

  8. EMERGING LEADERS WORKSHOP Friday, 28 March (late afternoon)  Saturday, 29 March (all day) REQUIRED:ALL HONORS FRESHMEN & SOPHOMORES. JUNIORS & SENIORS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO PARTICIPATE. + 5-6 Seniors needed to facilitate sessions

Lane melane@umes.edu Thursday, 15 May 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. SSC Ballroom Intimate, family-centered celebration of graduating seniors accomplishments. Hors-d’oeuvres, refreshments, speeches, and medaling ceremony.
