General Meeting Attendance • 49% of our members attend general meetings at least once a year • 73% plan to attend one general meeting per year • Most common reasons for not attending were: • Other members within my organization attend meetings (31%) • Not interested in attending meetings (31%) • No support for time to attend meetings (27%) • Educational topics do not meet my needs (23%)

General Meetings • 77% prefer to attend in person, 49% by teleconference • 25% preferred having 4 meetings a year (37% had no opinion on meeting frequency) • Most preferred Toronto (either downtown or North Toronto) as a location for meetings • 95% of members would be willing to vote electronically.

Other Comments • Less regular updates, more members sharing work & projects • Start meetings in a timely manner & keep to schedule • Too many emails with attachments – post on web • Try using webinar or Breeze for presentations • Improve teleconferencing – difficult to hear, members should say their names before commenting • Limited participation by affiliates since not voting members
