  2. Effects of 1.5 year of activity(12 +6 months) • 36 + 23 foreign guests visited the Centre • 40 + 23 Centre citizens visited other centres included foreign ones • 22 + 12 people from our Centre and out of the Centre took place in national delegations

  3. Effects of 1.5 year of activity(12 + 6 months) There were held: • ScanBalt Conference, May 2003 • 5th Karol Taylor’s Conference with the 1st International Advisory Board Meeting, September 2003 • ‘Workshops in Intellectual Property in Biotechnology’, December 2003 • Scientific Students’ Conference, May 2004 • 2 Internal Report Meetings and Workshops (Górki, 2003 and Gdynia, 2004)

  4. Effects of 1.5 year of activity (12 + 6 months) • Were held: 1 + 1 Biotechnology Summer School in Sobieszewo, July 2003 and July 2004 • Were bought: 31 books to the Centre Library • Were bought: 1 + 1 DataBase (herbal plants and cell lines) • Was done: 1 Technology Transfer (Eucaryotic Cell Bank, October 2004)

Information and promotion activity • 3 publications in Medical Academy of Gdańsk Newspaper and 1 publication in University of Gdańsk Newspaper about the BioMoBiL Centre • Information web page (English / Polish) • BioMoBiL’s units presentation • Listing of competences of BioMoBiL’s units • Listing of cooperation between the BioMoBiL’s units • Publication about the Centre in Polish Science Voice Edition (The Warsaw Voice), June, 2004

  6. LAST EVENTS: X Biotechnology Summer School, Sobieszewo 2004 • 80 participants included 3 foreign students • 24 lecturers (12 from abroad) • 4 scientific sessions • 35 hours of lectures • 1 workshop connected with the aparature of flow cytometry
