  2. DEPENDENCIA ENCARGADA DE LA DOCUMENTACION: • Archivo de Gestión: Cada dependencia da tramite a su correspondencia. • Archivo Central: Es quien recopila toda la información de las historias clínicas

  3. PROCESOS Y FUNCIONES • Apertura de historia clínica • Diligenciamiento de datos: Nombres y Apellidos completos, fecha de nacimiento, dirección, teléfono, datos de la persona responsable del paciente (dirección, teléfono y parentesco). • Diligenciamiento por parte médica. • Regreso a facturación para liquidar la cuenta. • Entrega al archivo.

  4. Digitalización de la historia clínica por parte del archivo de acuerdo a la ley 594 de 2000. • “Soporte Documental: Medios en los cuales se contiene la información según los materiales empleados. Además de los archivos en papel existen los archivos audiovisuales, fotográficos, fílmicos, informáticos, orales y sonoros.”

  5. SANCIONES • Debido al mal diligenciamiento o de forma incompleta de la historia clínica despiden al colaborar y hasta podrían llegar a cerrar la institución.

  6. QUE SE PUEDE MEJORAR? • Concientizar a los colaboradores de la importancia del completo y correcto diligenciamiento de la historia clínica.
