  4. CODEZ LE DIAGNOSTIC PRINCIPAL ET LES DIAGNOSTICS SECONDAIRES (= ATCD)++++

  6. 1.Mettre la CCMU 4. TAPEZ SUR ? 3. TAPEZ UN MOT CLE (ex. chute ou abces Ou polytrau …) 2. VERIFIER QU’IL S’AGIT DU BON SECTEUR

  7. CHOISISSEZ… SI VOUS NE TROUVEZ PAS ELARGISSEZ LA RECHERCHE

  8. VERIFIER QU’IL S’AGIT DU BON SECTEUR Maintenant, Mettre les diagnostics associés: TAPEZ le mot clef choisi ou « atcd » Puis ?

  9. Sélectionnez puis recommencez L’opération autant de fois que nécessaire
