Brief Overview of the Global Ambassador Board Member Opportunity Welcome to the Global Ambassadors Committee of the VOMI Global Think Tank and Advisory Board , a unit of Virtual Organization Management Institute (VOMI). Thank You for taking the time to learn more about the Global Ambassador position on the Global Ambassadors Committee of the VOMI Global Think and Advisory Board.

  3. Why a Global Ambassador ? The new Global Ambassador position on the Global Ambassadors Committee of the VOMI Global Think Tank and Advisory Board has been created for 2 primary reasons: A Genuine Need to Be All-Inclusive In order to accommodate the needs of very busy executives and policymakers who have a strong interest in VOMI and the mission of the board and want to contribute in some fashion or another; however, are unable to make any long-term commitment of time and effort or adhere to any sort of rigid and formal virtual organization structure. This means that NOW you can contribute as little as 1 hour a week, month or year to as much time as you want. It’s all up to you! A Critical Need to Introduce VOMI Virtual Organization Academy and Virtual Organization Recruiter to Business, Governments and Academia With a focus on introducing these entities to executives and policymakers at the highest levels of business, governments and educational institutions worldwide. Therefore, our focus is on the recruitment of Global Ambassadors who are current or former high-level corporate executives, government officials from various branches of government (including military-intelligence-defense and law enforcement personnel), public policy executives and members of academia.

About VOMI Virtual Organization Academy In a nutshell, VOMI Virtual Organization Academy offers a virtual organization sabbatical program for corporate executives, policymakers, government officials, military-intelligence-defense personnel, researchers, and academics who, for their own individual reasons, want to experience life in a 100% virtual organization environment for a short 90-day period of time. No studying, no courses, no exams, no formal school training, no tutorials. Will perform in accordance with a set of rigorous global Minimum Performance Standards for virtual organization executives worldwide. At the end of the sabbatical, each successful program participant will receive either a Virtual Organization Executive Diploma or a Virtual Organization Management Teaching Certificate and a ring from the Academy.

About Virtual Organization Recruiter Virtual Organization Recruiter specializes in the formal assessment and certification of corporate executives, government officials and military-intelligence-defense personnel, and faculty members who will be working, managing - and LEADING - in a 100% virtual or virtual organization environment. From candidates to existing employees. Virtual Organization Recruiter offers three (3) core assessments: Virtual Organization Aptitude Assessment ....... which consists of a Virtual Organization Aptitude Test and Oral Evaluation Exam. 5-Day Live Virtual Organization Candidate Assessment ...... which consists of participation in a 5-Day Virtual Organization Project. Virtual Organization Leadership Executive Training, Assessment & Certification ..... which consists of attending the 90-Day virtual organization sabbatical program at VOMI Virtual Organization Academy.

  6. Specific Global Ambassador Responsibilities Advise and counsel the Chairman of VOMI as requested. Evangelize on Virtual Organization Recruiter and VOMI Virtual Organization Academy endeavors to global corporate enterprise, governments and academia. Provide valuable insight to the Chairman of VOMI on relevant international relations and global national security trends and issues. Represent the Global Ambassadors Committee, VOMI Virtual Organization Academy, and VOMI at local events in your respective country.

  7. Specific Global Ambassador Responsibilities (Continued) Serve as a spokesperson for the Think Tank-Advisory Board in your respective country, when requested. Identify potential new members and sponsors. Attend meetings of the Think Tank-Advisory Board when required. Participate in high-level meetings and sensitive assignments in furtherance of the board’s objectives on an ad hoc basis (subject to your availability).

  8. Global Ambassador Compensation Each Global Ambassador will receive ad hoc cash compensation based on the value of revenue opportunities brought to VOMI et al. In addition, each Global Ambassador will be eligible to receive 100,000 Performance Share Units over a consecutive 3-year period subject to meeting all award requirements.
