  5. Our Dream • TO BUILD A CAMPUS FOR 1,750 STUDENTS • WHERE • BECbe a CLINIC FOR FORGIVENESS • The students become peacemakersand agents of social transformation. • The students be committed to take care and make productive their environment.

The new BEC will have • It will have a new name: Peacemakers Training School, PTS. • Building a campus for 1,750 students for pre-school (K4,K5 and 1st grade, 375 students), elementary (2nd-5th grade, 500 students), middle (6th-8th, 375 students) and high school (9th-12th, 500 students), 14 grades, 5 rooms per grade. • Smart Classrooms • Cost of the Building: 1,645 sq/mts. $1,000 =$1.645 million. • Providing Vocational Education and College degrees. • Conservation of natural resources (streams, tree planting) and improving environmental conditions in the sector. • Sustainable physical structure (solar heater, wind power, rainwater collection for the maintenance of the garden and parkland, garbage separation and recycling)

  8. The New BEC will be Bilingual • Implementing Bilingual Education: Spanish-English through a strategic partnership with USA African Bible Colleges. • The students will be at the school from 7:30 am till 5:30 pm.

  11. FOUNDATION TO EDUCATE FOR A NEW SOCIETY ACTUAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE PROJECT The first Property for the Pre-school section has been negotiated. The permission for the use of the land has been approved. The permission by the environmental office has been granted. The Topographical Survey has been approved We are working on the City Government approval of: A. Architectonic Project, Raul H. Ortiz. B. Soil Survey, Carlos Parra y Ascs. C. Structural Project, Solarte y Cia. D. Electrical Project, I. E. C. E. Plumbing Project, ISAN Engineering. F. Construction Supervision, Plantotal S.A.

  12. FOUNDATION TO EDUCATE FOR A NEW SOCIETY ACTUAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE PROJECT We are in the process of building the fence around the property for protection and security, bricks and steal. The cost of this fence with labor and materials is US $26,000.oo as today. We have contacted: Estrumetal (Iron Builder), Sidoc (Steel factory) and individuals who are manifested their willingness to support the construction project. Commitment of USA African Bible Colleges to hire the Teachers who will come as missionaries and volunteers.
