  2. Brendan Williams has expertise in the Affordable Care Act, Medicaid, Medicare, and the regulatory and statutory benchmarks relevant to long haul care. Prolific writer of seven published law review articles, with six increasingly acknowledged for publication, and over 60 print newspaper columns.

  3. Brendan Williams has a very humble beginning as a Judicial Law Clerk and Working separately for Justice Alexander, and later Justice Bridge wrote legal memoranda to all nine justices advising on assigned cases and motions.

  4. In 2005-10 Brendan Williams worked as State Representative (22nd LD) at Washington House of Representatives (Olympia, WA) Named top-legislator by eight statewide organizations, while serving in different capacities, including Majority External Relations Leader.

  5. In 2010-13 Brendan Williams worked as Deputy Commissioner for Policy & Legislative Affairs at Office of Insurance Commissioner (Olympia, WA) supervising staff of 11, oversaw rulemaking, policy analysis and development, studies, and legislative work on consumer protection and health care. The principal accomplishment was the Affordable Care Act implementation at the state level.
