Terminal Learning Objective Action: As the Unit Administrator you will review the PER and SIDPERS generated reports; assist soldiers with the review of the 4100-1-R-E; advise commanders and forward completed reports to BN. Conditions: Given Ch 7, AR 600-8-19, RCAS UPS, and SIDPERS generated reports. Standards: You will conduct a review of the 4100-1-R-E. Unclassified

Promotion Authority • The Chief, National Guard Bureau (CNGB) for AGR Title 10 • The State AG convening and promotion authority for all promotion boards to SGT through SGM. • Active Army Commanders units for soldiers attached for IET training may advance and promote ARNGUS soldiers per this regulation.
