  11. HTC & Seal Maintenance • As the video shown you can change the Seal and or HTC with out moving the Motor intake or pump. • Stocked Pre tested HTC to replace if needed. • Multiple Seals fit the HTC with out changing it.

Horizontal Thrust Chamber (HTC) • Features: • Continuous operating thrust loads up to 14000 • Standard with John Crane Type 2 shaft seal for intake pressures to 200 psi • Hi-strength shaft option rated to 1250 Hp • Same space envelope • Benefits: • Reliable, low cost operation • Low maintenance requirements • Skid can accept both HTC's • Bi-Directional

  17. Cooler Package • Lubricates the HTC providing long run times. • Reduces Oil Temperatures to increase bearing life under high loads. • Depending on what HTC but supports loads up to 50,000 lbs of thrust.

  18. Pump • Features: • Standard and optional ESP MT pumps available in 400, 513, 538, 675, 862, 875, 1000 and 1025 series • Pressure limits have been re-rated for safe surface operation • Discharge pressures available to 5000 psi MAWP with the 513 series and 4800 psi with the 675 series pumps

Discharge • Features: • Meets design intent of ASME VIII • ANSI Raised Face Lap Joint flange • Designs available up to 5000 psi MAWP at 200 °F • 100% X-ray Welds • Hydrostatically pressure tested to 1.5 x MAWP • 316/316L Stainless Steel Material standard • 416 Stainless Steel & Carbon Steel material options are available • Benefits: • Reliable, safe design for trouble-free operation • Corrosion resistant to cover a broad range of applications • Allows ease of connection to discharge piping
