  26. System Development: History In 2008 ECC Promtechbezopasnost, LLC concluded the first contract with Kaustic, JSC to develop the Automated Industrial and Occupational Safety Record-keeping, Recording and Information Exchange System. It was successfully executed.

System Development: History Considering the experience gained and the current development of IT-technologies, a decision to update the software developed using WEB andAJAX technologies was made. Objective wasto provide maximum comfort, convenience and immediate response of the System to the users actions. The software was almost entirely reissued and considerably updated. At the same time a decision to separate this line of business was made. In 2009 Intellectual Technology Implementation Company, LLC (Brealit, LLC) was established. 2009 – establishment of Brealit, LLC 2009 – 2012 – the IOS AS software modernization
