  5. Features The Chesterbrook Academy difference…. KLUTZ Activities Speed Stackers All Campers Designed for doing, NOT just reading. Klutz has it all: drawing, bead art, fairies, jewelry, magic, science, and more. Klutz books and activities are perfect for exploring new creative interests and for expanding on old favorites. Most activities come in multiple themes to appeal to discerning creative minds. Klutz books brings creativity to life during our Campers Choice Activity hour!!! All Campers What are the benefits of sport stacking? Kids don't need to be convinced about the benefits of sport stacking. They just plain love it (even your "way too cool for it" kids). A student develops a greater percentage of the right side of the brain, which houses awareness, focus, creativity and rhythm. Stacking helps train the brain for sports and other activities where the use of both hands is important, such as playing a musical instrument or using the computer. Sequencing and patterning are also elements of sport stacking, which can help with reading and math skills. • Exercise Entertainment, using the Nintendo Wii is fun, exciting and offers benefits not found elsewhere. Here are just a few… • Facilitates the development and improvement of fine motor skills • Contributes to the improvement of hand-eye coordination • Helps kids learn good exercise habits • Teaches and reinforces the movements necessary for successful participation in numerous recreational activities, including tennis, bowling, and baseball. Teaches and reinforces the rules and scoring of those activities.
