Achievements of MMR • In the year 2005-06 on an average 24 states started sending MMR regularly. • In the current year on an average 29 states UTs are sending reports every month. • Since September 2005 every quarter the reports are discussed in the finance controllers meeting. • Significant outcomes of MMR: fund flow structure and schools opened progress. • Expenditure should not be back loaded.   7. Tracking of Fund Flow – through MMRs • Regular submission by the States. • MMR should correspond with the monthly expenditure plan to the maximum level. • Should be in the prescribed format and to be submitted to Divisional Head and under Secretary of the concerned State and TSG. • Figures should match with other reports and QPR sent to MHRD.

  8. Expenditure April • Circulated a format to compile expenditure for the of April. • Please send the format to TSG by 17th May 2011.
