Highest-Quality Circulation Of Any Construction Newspaper • CEG’s circulation is composed of contractors, construction equipment dealers, manufacturers, and construction equipment rental houses • Every recipient of CEG is qualified by our in-house circulation department via phone • During this interview it is confirmed that the publication is received by the owner or the equipment purchaser of that company and that they own at least three pieces of heavy equipment. • About 15,000 of our circulation is replaced each year, and about 10,000 of our recipients have their address changed annually • Requalifications are also done by either mail (renewal card) and/or fax.

Highest-Quality Circulation Of Any Construction Newspaper • To add new addresses to our database we use the following procedure: • We search for new potential readers using sources such as the yellow pages, association membership lists, phone directories, and UCC filings. • These new potential readers are sent the publication for several months • Our telemarketing department then contacts them to confirm that they actually use construction equipment, they are the decision makers, and that they wish to continue receiving the publication. • If they meet all of the aforementioned criteria they are added to the mailing list for an eighteen-month period after which we requalify
