Peterson’s Biggest LosersWeigh Ins • Each participant must weigh-in on the designated dates and times. • Qrt. 1st 2nd 3rd 4th • Initial 13 Feb 13 8 May 13 7 Aug 13 23 Oct 13 • Additional 6 Mar 13 5 Jun 13 21 Aug 13 6 Nov 13 20 Mar 13 19 Jun 13 4 Sept 13 20 Nov 13 10 Apr 13 10July 13 18 Sept 13 4 Dec 13 24 Apr 13 24 July 13 9 Oct 13 18 Dec 13 • Final 1 May 13 ALL WEIGH-INS WILL BE AT THE HAWC FROM 0800-0900 Weigh-in attire will be comfortable athletic clothes- No Exceptions!

  3. Peterson’s Biggest LosersRules • A Person will gain points for Weight Loss, Body Fat Improvement, Total Life Style Change and participation in scheduled activities. • Each participant will be monitored throughout the program to ensure that body weight loss goals are within healthy limits.

Peterson’s Biggest LosersPrizes • Prizes will be awarded quarterly to both a male and female participants for the following categories: • Body Fat % Loss • Total Life Style Change (Better Nutritional Choices Combined with Fitness) Grand prize winner will be chosen based on all 3 categories Register on website below (must have CAC) • https://halfway.peterson.af.mil/hawc/fitness challenge/ • For individuals without CAC access please see either Fitness Center or HAWC staff • Winners per quarter with 2 grand prize winners for overall chosen from quarterly winners

Peterson’s Biggest LosersPoint System • This Program is a self supporting program,we trust you will do the right thing by getting into the program totally, it is self driven by YOU doing the right thing and getting fit and getting your body fit for the NEW YOU. • 3pts per Fitness Center Class • 5pts per HAWC class. • 8 pts all Activities • GOOD LUCK and lets get our body into shape

  9. Peterson’s Biggest LosersPoint System • 1 Point per pound • 1 Point per ½ inch lost on waist • Activities attended = 8pts per Activity • Fitness Classes attended = 3pts per Class • HAWC Classes attended = 5 pts • Total all point at the end of Program per class

Peterson’s Biggest Loser Rules The participants can include active duty, civilians, contract, retirees, or dependants (18 and over). • The participants that accumulates the most points wins. • If the participant drops out during one quarter and restarts the program during another quarter the last weigh-in from the previous quarter will be used to keep things fair. • Each participant must weigh-in on the designated dates and times. 0800- 0900 Wednesday Morning • A participant will gain points for weight loss and participation in scheduled activities. • Initial and final weigh-ins will be height, weight and body fat measurement, all other will be just weight.
