  5. Dr. Cooper completed his general surgery internship and his residency in the Department of Otolaryngology, both at the University of Miami School of Medicine/Jackson Memorial Hospital. He opened his ENT practice in Broward County in 1992 and currently treats both adults and children at his offices in Pembroke Pines and Weston.
