  3. Yes: • Internet is a free market • Openness of internet should not be tampered with • Countries’ sovereignty • Foreign laws • Laws from other countries don’t apply

  4. Yes • Customs and regulation screenings • Countries are responsible for protecting their borders • Effect on origin country’s economy

  5. No: • Companies should be respectful of another countries laws • Needs to consider culture and customs • Attracts negative publicity • Companies should know that it will be difficult to deliver banned product to the customer. • Unethical to accept payment if the product might not be delivered

  6. No • Responsible • Illegal for a reason • Targeted • Law enforcement, legislation, international community • International Relations • Could create conflict between nations
