  3. Strategic Plan – Financial strategyReserve fund only exists to weather economic turbulence or to take advantage of sudden opportunities to improve member benefits, not an objective in itself. Regular reviews to ensure neither too large nor too small.Opportunities for generating additional revenue will only be taken up if these also generate clear benefits to members.Ensure fixed costs are always covered by increasing Membership & Entrance fees in line with Dutch inflation, where most costs are incurred. www.iccaworld.com
