  2. Objetivos del estudio del tema Conocer: • qué es control legal • cómo se aplica • criterios para su uso • sus limitantes • rol del Agrónomo

  3. CONTROL LEGAL • Leyes, decretos, etc. • Regulan actividad humana • Objetivo: evitar pérdidas • Se puede regular • traslado de material vegetal • comercio de material vegetal • presencia de huéspedes • etc.

  4. Conceptos importantes: • Cuarentena • Plaga cuarentenaria • Análisis de riesgo sanitario • Certificación y certificación sanitaria

  5. PROCEDIMIENTO DE IMPORTACIÓN • Gestión Fitosanitaria de Importación: el importador debe realizar una solicitud de importación al MGAP. • El MGAP determina de la categoría de riesgo y emite una Acreditación Fitosanitaria de Importación (A.FI.D.I.). • Se requiere un Certificado Fitosanitario del país de origen que asegure el cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en el A.FI.D.I.
